Reflection from the student:
"I am writing this newsletter because we are doing a project on cultural food because we want to learn about other countries. Learning about other countries is also learning the kinds of food they eat and an interesting way to learn about others. We all made new food and tasted something that we never ate before which was a new experience for all of us. We shared how this new experience affected us and if we liked it or not. We also got the chance to learn how to cook these different types of food. This is also a new experience because we had to learn how to cook something a little bit out of my comfort zone. I think this is what all of are class is about getting out of our comfort zone and trying new things."- A. Barrera
