Student Work
Freshmen Biology students are working on their science lab using Laptops and Digital Microscopes; and are presenting their student work with professionals from Caltech and UCLA.
Project-Based Learning
Students are demonstrating that Project-based learning not only involves the student in the classroom setting, it covers a wide range of skills that our students will need to acquire in order to become successful professionals and citizens of the 21st Century. Professionals from Caltech and UCLA are helping our students develop the intrigue and passion necessary for success in the sciences. Students are also demonstrating their understanding of how our intricate and complex world can be understood via theories, laws and hypothesis in science through their student work.
