Interest Based Inquiry

Students followed there own line of inquiry by asking questions, researching and reflecting on their learning. This student was reading about Martin Luther King Jr. and discovered he was influenced by someone named "Gandhi". She and a few fellow students began to research Mahatma Gandhi and the Salt March. They made many connections about words and nonviolent protests.
