food justice mural

In collaboration with Mr. Lopez's Food Justice class, Cornerstone Theater, the ART Club and artist Francisco "Enuf" Garcia. Students in the Food Justice course helped develop the mural's themes while also collecting video footage for a short documentary video on Roosevelt students and their relationship with food.
